Maurice Rosenbaum joins digital behavioral health solutions innovator.

nView, a leading behavioral health solutions company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Maurice Rosenbaum to the role of Chief Product Officer. As the company expands its portfolio of software solutions, Rosenbaum will be responsible for incorporating the rapidly changing dynamics of the behavioral health market into nView’s product and company growth strategy. Rosenbaum will report directly to nView CEO Jim Szyperski.

“As we add depth and breadth to our portfolio of behavioral health solutions, Maurice’s deep healthcare expertise and proven record of building and deploying software solutions accelerates our mission to improve the accuracy and speed by which healthcare professionals, educators and research organizations identify and diagnose behavioral health conditions,” said Jim Szyperski, CEO of nView. “Maurice has built and run several businesses, so we are fortunate to have him as a real partner on our senior team. I am delighted to be working with him as we collectively grow our leadership team at nView and make our behavioral health solutions more accessible to professionals and individuals who need assistance. The assessment solutions being used professionally today are simply not working, by virtually any statistical measurement, so we embrace the opportunity to bring better, evidence-based solutions to the market.”

Prior to nView, Rosenbaum founded and ran HealthSystems, a value-added reseller for GE Centricity Practice Solutions, which in 2017 he sold to a company backed by private equity. Under Rosenbaum’s leadership, HealthSystems became recognized for outstanding quality, service, training and support. Before founding HealthSystems, Rosenbaum was Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Support for Sentinel Digital Technologies, a $3.4M consulting organization for physician practices. Early in his career, Rosenbaum developed a software application for Tulane Medical School that enabled physicians to manipulate physical data from a spectrophotometer.

“I’m pleased to join the nView leadership team at a time when the behavioral health market is experiencing explosive growth,” said Maurice Rosenbaum, Chief Product Officer at nView. “Particularly under value-based care payment programs, the patient’s mental health is deemed equally as important as their medical health, which is putting extreme pressure on behavioral health provider community. At nView, we are able to help physicians more accurately and efficiently identify and diagnose individuals who need assistance, thus helping more people get the care they need faster, which is something that personally motivates me.”

Highly respected for his healthcare technology expertise and as an entrepreneur in solutions for the physician practice management and electronic medical record (EMR) industry, Maurice is a frequent speaker on technology, and advocate for healthcare technology innovation. Rosenbaum earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tulane University in New Orleans, where he also studied biomedical engineering. Active in many community organizations, he is a long-standing member of TAG Health Board of Directors (Technology Alliance of Georgia), Medical Group Manager’s Association (MGMA), and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He is also a strong supporter of the arts, evident in his years of Board of Director experience with Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre.
